Staff Notes

Keep private notes about members that only staff can see.

Set it up

  1. Search for a member.
  2. Add a note. It is stamped with who wrote it and when.

Good to know

Notes are never shown to the member. Turning the module off hides it but keeps the notes.

Tip

You can switch Staff Notes on or off any time from Modules in the panel. Switching a module off never deletes your settings.
