Applications

Let people apply to your community, staff team or department with forms you design.

Set it up

  1. Create an application and add your questions.
  2. Choose the channel where new applications arrive and who can review them.
  3. Share the public apply link or post it in Discord.
  4. Review applications in the panel: accept, deny or defer. The applicant is told the result.

Good to know

Applicants only need a Discord login. If Applications is off, the apply page stops taking new applications but pending ones can still be reviewed.

Tip

You can switch Applications on or off any time from Modules in the panel. Switching a module off never deletes your settings.
