Forms

Collect reports, sign-ups and feedback through a public link. Responses can be anonymous, and each one can alert a Discord channel.

Set it up

  1. Create a form and add questions (short answer, long answer, choices).
  2. Pick the Discord channel that gets an alert for each response.
  3. Share the form link.
  4. Read responses in the panel.

Good to know

If Forms is off, links stop taking responses. Existing responses are kept.

Tip

You can switch Forms on or off any time from Modules in the panel. Switching a module off never deletes your settings.
